Shaped by all things beautiful and feminine, Nicoleta Parascan’s first steps towards entering the captivating world of fashion were taken somewhere around the young age of six, when she received her very own first fashion magazine. Discovering an entirely new universe, filled with pretty ladies and beautiful clothes, there was not much able to ever beat or compete with the fantasy land that was suddenly opening up. Surrounded by books, constantly thinking about the next best outfit, in search of a signature style and defined by a nostalgic calling towards the past, Nicoleta believes in taking chances, in destiny and in building her own path in life. When she’s not writing, you can easily find her playing with her cat, reading an old book, watching movies, exploring the city or blogging her own daily adventures.

Vibrant, optimistic, uplifting: the art of Haiti

Fashion is often described as a sum of beautiful things, and it is usually considered depthless, volatile, about as fragile as a vanishing dream. Optimistic, uplifting, and rich,…

Not your average men’s classics

To live outside the box, unrestricted, unconcerned, right at the point where the most authentic version of yourself meets an array of silhouettes that are equally extraordinary in speaking about your sense of individuality, is to celebrate your one-of-a-kind nature. And when it comes to menswear, the uncommon can always spring from the average. Malcom and David Osatohanwenn Okoro borrow the voice of now, their…

Born to be wild

Some colours are meant to fade, some souls are meant to break free, some days are meant to be greeted with no rules. And Lucas Passmore‘s model crew appears to agree with it all, rocking that perfectly poised yet utterly intense attitude, while simultaneously looking  impossibly nonchalant. Too cool for words, perhaps a bit too hot to manage as well, their juxtaposition is everything.

A momentary spell cast upon your imagination

Fashion is enchantment in the way certain garments act like dreams, wishes, momentary spells cast upon our imagination; and while some are made to fade out quickly, others are not ready to give up their spotlight that easily, rising above as lust-worthy and managing to fill us up with excitement and yearning. The ties that bind

They could be worlds apart or walking the same path, made out of different constellations or sharing the same stars, their realities could be colliding at full force but you wouldn’t be able to tell because the ties that bind them together are meant to transcend any sorts of boundaries, of constraints, of obstacles.
