Shaped by all things beautiful and feminine, Nicoleta Parascan’s first steps towards entering the captivating world of fashion were taken somewhere around the young age of six, when she received her very own first fashion magazine. Discovering an entirely new universe, filled with pretty ladies and beautiful clothes, there was not much able to ever beat or compete with the fantasy land that was suddenly opening up. Surrounded by books, constantly thinking about the next best outfit, in search of a signature style and defined by a nostalgic calling towards the past, Nicoleta believes in taking chances, in destiny and in building her own path in life. When she’s not writing, you can easily find her playing with her cat, reading an old book, watching movies, exploring the city or blogging her own daily adventures.

The bad boy with the cool tattoos takes over Venice

Venice, Los Angeles. Its perfect weather practically imploring Max Silberman to take on the sun lit streets shirtless. With his cool tattoos taking center stage, and his bad boy attitude on fire, he has no trouble fitting into the dreamy landscape. A skateboard in hand, a cigarette between his fingers and a pair of sunnies adding to his already captivating persona, complement the series of…

A bit feminine. A lot edgy. And very high on sex-appeal

There are women who are so incredibly beautiful it’s nearly impossible not to be contemplated with a certain degree of envy, women who draw you in and hold you captive with their edgy sensibility, and then there are women who luxuriate in the purest forms of sensuality. Stephanie Cook appears to be made out of little bits of them all. Possessing the undeniable measure of…

The scent of summer coming from the Orient

Bold, yet delicate, mirroring the exquisite virtues of the Asian women, Phuong  My’s luxurious silhouettes, spanning in between superb hourglass dresses, silk separates that are both modern and timeless, and sculptural frocks with slanted collars, gain a fitting poetic translation for Harper’s Bazaar Vietnam, as photographed by An Le.

Young and sweet, or downright naughty? (NSFW)

We are all made of wondrous contradictions, living in between two extremes, learning to bring them together, to shuffle them accordingly, struggling with the fact that sometimes a bitter end’s calling is decidedly louder and more intense than the other. Young and sweet, but downright naughty, Teddy Schwab could easily be embodying the girl next door, a more stunning and darker portrayal that has little…

Hair that dances in swinging motions

Art doesn’t ask for much. At times, it needs as little as a dim lit room, a solitary chair and a beautiful woman to graciously awaken a bare studio to life, to positively surface. Behind camera: Bartjan Nieuwerf, photographing Pricilla Rosmalen in dreamy black and white, just as her hair dances in swinging motions.
