Bold, versatile and undeniably charming, the red lipstick should be perceived as an enduring make-up staple. Keeping red modern for fall 2013 is done by the way of a brand new spectrum of formulations.
But despite the new styles, one thing remains highly unaltered: the red lipstick turns beauty statement only with the help of a minimal make-up, which means that if you choose to set focus on the lips, you should wear as little eye makeup as you feel comfortable with. Also, a dark tan color with a satin finish will prevent you to step into vampire territory. As fall signals the return to rich colors, a high-impact red lipstick will act as an insurance that you will kick-off the season looking amazing.
