Agent Provocateur is having an image overhaul, this time it's not their face, just their type face. The story behind the original logo was penned by founder Joseph Corré using lipstick which, we hope, to keep with the overall feel was penned on a mirror as part of a steamy note. This time however they decided to send the job of designing the new type face to House industries, world class font designers.

When searching for handbags, Dooney and Bourke has never been a "go-to" designer for me. The brand has carried such an older vibe, much better suited for middle aged women. However, they have definitely reinvented themselves over the past couple of years with help from young Hollywood stars such as, Emma Roberts, Mischa Barton, Michelle Trachtenberg, and Lindsay Lohan.
The newest celebrity to join the D&B ranks is 'Heroes' star Hayden Panettiere. Panettiere said, "I wanted to do something people haven't seen from Dooney and Bourke before, so my bag is red patent leather." Anything red, patent, AND leather will make any outfit pop.

The $500 bag retails in December, just in time for Christmas.
I have to confess I haven't seen a leather skirt worn really well for quite some time. If I think back hard enough it was probably sometime in the late 1990s, and I'd suspect the denim skirt in question was very tight, and very shorty.
But along comes Ashley Olsen to redefine such memories. Tight, but not short in a modern definition, she really has pulled it off. The leather skirt in question is from The Row. She's worn it out with a loose jumper, leopard-print Louboutins, and a Fendi tote.

We love looking at all the things that bling (even if just for a laugh) - just check out this forum thread. This years Fantasy Bra from Victoria's Secret will make a welcome addition to this thread, not just because it blings but because this year VS went all out having renowned jewellers Mouawad create a whole set; including a thong, bracelet, garter and barrette. Topping out at whopping $4.5 million dollars worth of sparkly goodness.

Target Australia have so far brought us special collections from the likes of Stella McCartney, Josh Goot, and The Veronicas, and they've now announced who the next designer for their 'Designers for Target' range will be.
Sorry, did we say designer? We meant designers.
In a surprising move Target have announced not one, but two designers. So watch the shelves for two capsules from Australian designers Yeojin Bae and Gail Sorronda, both who were finalists in the Tiffany Designer Awards earlier this year, Bae taking the award home.
We've already made ours picks from both lines. From Yeojin Bae (above) we've got our eye on the two dresses really playing up to the current season's trends; namely the mini-dress and the single shouldered, floral dress. Our middle two dresses seem equally perfect for the season, in particular we're keen to see how much fashionistas can make of a little white dress.

If you have a spare £400,000 and have a fascination with French History you may just be in luck with auction house Christie's getting ready to auction pearls that once belonged to Marie Antoinette. That's right the same Marie that according to wikipedia was miss-credited with the quip "Let them eat cake".
