The German actress hit the red carpet during the Venice Film Festival, for the Jaeger-LeCoultre dinner, wearing a dress which infused lace with the sheer trend to present a look which was both sexual and elegant.

With a fashion sense like hers, is it any wonder that I tipped Diane Kruger as a potential for the title of 2008 ‘it’ girl?
