In a decidedly atmospheric photo shoot featuring a model with 70s inspired hair, denim brand Fidelity Denim brings us their heavily vintage influenced denim collection for Spring / Summer 2010 and the photography of the lookbook perfectly reflects this. The model flits from photo to photo alone on the beach gazing into the camera making us really wish we weren’t couped up in the office today. The collection features looks you’ll find in our 2010 fashion trends guide though there are some we suggest you avoid too.
Making our approved list you’ll find the patched denim, ripped jeans, the ever present skinny jeans and while boyfriend jeans have lost their edge they’re still a good way to put together an effortless look. On our naughty list we must take serious issue with the instance of double denim (simply said, “Just say no”) and we’re not the biggest fans of the high-waisted jeans either, if you’re a fan of the look why not try high-waisted hot pants.
