Cutting the ribbon on their Savage Beauty exhibition, centered around the work of Alexander McQueen, the Met Museum of Art held their annual gala attended by usual array of fabulous frocks. From Isable Lucas it was a perfect choice of pleats, capped off by an exotic headpiece.

Isabel Lucas wore a Louis Vuitton pleated coral gown in light silk satin, embroidered with coral beads. The gown had a back train, attached to the bottom of the gown and closed with a satin coral bow at the back of the neck. The gown took more than 150 hours of work and over 100 hours of work on the embroidery.
