In this day and age Kate Moss and the Parisian luxury goods company Longchamp go hand in hand. Or bag in hand, perhaps. That relationship is set to get a lot cosier in 2010 with the news that Moss has been working with Longchamp to design a signature range of handbags.

Details on the range, which is said to hit Longchamp stores on 11 February, are scarce;

Looks like we’ll have to wait just a little longer to see what the edgy, rock-and-roll waif, who has enjoyed solid sales of her very basic, slightly edgy Topshop line, will bring to the 60-year-old, often restrained, and almost always elegant brand.

Expect plenty of buzz, however, once details of the handbag line are released and Moss completes her transition from model to brand name. In the mean time you’ll simply have to satisfy yourself with pictures from Lonchamp’s Autumn / Fall 2009 campaign, also featuring Daria Webowy, by clicking on the thumbnails below.

Late one Oxford night Daniel P Dykes set about creating a fashion publication that would go someway to being an arbiter on fashion as it appeals to the emerging power generations: those who don't remember a world without the Internet and for whom work plays second fiddle to pleasure. And so Fashionising.com was born as a publication for those who were focussed not just on fashion's trends, but on society's too, and how those trends could all go to heighten the art of living. Hence, Daniel sees a future where, for those young at heart, both fashion and style are grounded in traditional quality, but with a youthful, sensualised edge. Daniel is Fashionising.com's Editor in Chief and Chairman.
