I haven't been the biggest fan of her wardrobe in the second season of Gossip Girl, but I can seldom fault Leighton Meester's personal sense of style when she takes to the red carpet.
The actress wore a one-shouldered, floral-print, ruffle dress from Marc Jacobs to the 5th Annual Lucky Shops by Lucky magazine event in New York City.
