Leighton Meester sexed up in sheer Preen

It’s a fashion trend which, frankly, I’m more than happy to see become a staple: 2009′s sheer clothing trend. And while we normally leave it for Blake Lively to be the most ‘sexed up’ of Gossip Girl’s leading ladies, this sheer little black dress from Preen’s Spring/Summer 2009 collection can’t help but turn heads towards actress Leighton Meester.

Meester wore the dress to a party held for the launch of Nylon magazine in Mexico; she’s also the first issue’s cover girl.
