Lily Allen has been one to watch lately, stepping out in some very stylish and on-trend outfits like this sheer Armand Basi ensemble. To Matthew Freud’s Christmas Party, Lily wore a dress from Alberta Ferretti’s Spring/Summer 2009 collection, incorporating another top trend for 2009 – the fringing trend.
