Yet more interpretations of men's brooches, and we still can't get away from the simple fact that as a men's fashion trend they rely heavily on traditional British elements.

What's nice about these brooches from Lou Dalton's Autumn(Fall)/Winter 2009/2010 collection is that they're a clever re-interpretation of the classic elements: there's the greenery, there's the thistle but these aren't simply reproductions of historical brooches. True to its British influence, the collection these brooches are a part of is called "Deer Keeper" and was inspired by Lord Byron.
