Mischa Barton was out and about recently wearing the high waisted shorts trend. Mischa teamed her baby-blue gingham shorts with a white shirt and black pumps.

Much like we mentioned the other day with reference to high-waisted jeans, tucking in a top presents a much neater look. Well, the same goes for high-waisted shorts, as Mischa demonstrates.
