Paris Hilton wears stay-ups as outerwear

The kind of suspenders that hold up your trousers may have become popular again, but suspenders/stay-ups of the hosiery variety haven’t been worn as outerwear for as long as I can remember. But such is the return of the risque; as burlesque becomes street wear, and lingerie becomes outerwear.
