I couldn’t tell you the context, location, or purpose of this shot – all I know is it was taken by photographer Diana Scheunemann, and is striking. The blue and white over the knee socks fit perfectly with 2010′s sporty fashion trend, and really jumped out at me when I stumbled across the photo.
