I’ve looked at Talula‘s Spring 2010 lookbook several times over now, and still couldn’t really tell you what the clothes are like. I think there are some fairly basic but cute pieces in there – lace shorts and zip-front bodice dresses. But really, it’s the settings that capture one’s attention the most. Scattered roses, skulls and pentagrams, antique catalogue card cabinets, old books… there’s an unworldly magic about it all that makes me think the clothes could be perfectly horrid and I’ll still enjoy flipping through the lookbook.
