Denisa Dvorakova for Zimmermann swim: the pictures

A swimwear label’s job is done if they produce swimwear you’d want to buy. A swimwear campaign‘s job is done if you suddenly find yourself wanting to be on a beach somewhere, wanting to be the model, wanting to live a holiday lifestyle far from the cares of the world.

Zimmermann, generally speaking, do a pretty good job of both season after season. You may recall the label’s spring 2013 swimwear video featuring Denisa Dvorakova nailing the basics of swimwear modelling in Tulum, Mexico (emerging from the waves – check, kneeling in the sand – check, generally looking enviable – double check). Now here’s the imagery to go with it.

Featuring plenty of prints (it wouldn’t be spring 2013 without them), flirtatious ruffles and yet ultimately flattering and wearable cuts, it’s a collection you can view more of at the gallery.

Some people's wardrobes are about a small selection of pieces that all fit within one aesthetic - Tania Braukamper isn't such a person. With a wardrobe that spans three different rooms, her approach to fashion is a mixture of current-season key pieces mixed with vintage finds she's sourced on innumerous shopping trips around the world's more cultured capitals. Despite a disparate approach to shopping, Tania is adamant that the key to mixing vintage with new season is to stick to key looks and colours that work for oneself. And it's a theory that she works into her writing for Fashionising.com, where she serves as the publication's Editor.
