Moeva: swimwear classics reimagined

Every time you think you’ve seen it all when it comes to swimwear – every strappy black monokini, every white one piece with gold hardware, every gathered goddess bikini – someone comes along and executes it all a little differently.

Moeva sees the classics with fresh eyes. The London-based brand (yes, rainy London can produce amazing swimwear designers too. Someone has to cater for all those Brits packing their suitcases in exodus to warmer places) is one that makes swimwear truly luxurious.

Meova muse that “perfection is in the details”… We tend to agree, and from their spring 2013 campaign it appears they practice what they preach – from the swimwear to the divine photographic work by Koray Parlak.

Some people's wardrobes are about a small selection of pieces that all fit within one aesthetic - Tania Braukamper isn't such a person. With a wardrobe that spans three different rooms, her approach to fashion is a mixture of current-season key pieces mixed with vintage finds she's sourced on innumerous shopping trips around the world's more cultured capitals. Despite a disparate approach to shopping, Tania is adamant that the key to mixing vintage with new season is to stick to key looks and colours that work for oneself. And it's a theory that she works into her writing for Fashionising.com, where she serves as the publication's Editor.
