Here's one unique way to inject some oversized bows into your wardrobe. Sydney label All Of Our Lives specialise in bow-ties and other fancy bits of neck-wear. Their Autumn(Fall)/Winter 2009 lookbook caught our eye for the bold colours, quirky names, and dashing whimsicality.
Whenever I travel this globe there's one mistake I always make: I buy too much. Luggage. That's right, all those times I've back my bag to within grams of getting kicked off a flight (my personal record is 42kg over the permitted weight allowance) have always been preceded by the purchasing of new luggage. I simply can't help it. Each and every time I travel overseas new luggage must accompany me. To date, that itch has largely been scratched by Samsonite. Next time, I suspect that it's the British luxury brand Globe-Trotter whom shall be accompanying me.

Leighton Meester has been impressing us with her style choices of late - in particular the daring see-through number she wore to the MTV Movie Awards last week. But it's her on-screen alter-ego, Blair Waldorf of Gossip Girl, that constantly shines when it comes to elegant day wear and eye-catching accessories.
If you loved the Stuart Weitzman block colour daisy frame bag carried by Blair in the Gossip Girl season finale, you may be in luck - because we have one of these coveted bags to give away!

There's something divinely wild and free about Alexa Winner's custom print fabrics. When I look at her scarves, I get the impression that you could simply throw one on and be suddenly transformed into a rock-god. Some of her prints seem to be a modern play on 60's psychedelic hippy, while others have an indefinable youthful quality that's so simple and yet so raw.
The photo gallery of Alexa Winner's scarves is definitely worth a look if you haven't yet checked it out.
P.s. If I buy one, does the model come with it?
When it comes to current sunglasses trends classic is best, and while the rest of Orlando Bloom's outfit is questionable his taste in spectacles is spot on.
Hitting the streets of New York, Bloom donned a pair of Ray-Ban Wayfarers, or the Ray-Ban 2132 Wayfarer in Tortoise Shell if you're after a similar pair.
Thank God for social fashion, otherwise you mightn't ever know the best way to tie a scarf.
I'm loving more and more the things coming out of Japan, recently Daniel told us about the Japanese label Tomorrowland which tends to be so quintessentially Britprep you'd swear it had come from one of the colonies. Another Japanese label doing similar things is Waste(Twice). These particular rail-roader caps maintain a sense of British schoolboy but with an American preppy twist. So if you're a hat person I think you might like them;

Yet more interpretations of men's brooches, and we still can't get away from the simple fact that as a men's fashion trend they rely heavily on traditional British elements.

"Sigmund Freud contends that aggressiveness is a fundamental human instinct whose inhibition is a necessary obligation of social life. These umbrellas combine a symbol of gentlemanly refinement--the full-sized, black umbrella--with an element from more manly sword-bearing times. The umbrellas offer brief psychological respite from the dictates of social amiability."
