Blondes to Brunettes presents Meg Kolac

Blondes to Brunettes is no ordinary hair & beauty salon. Wander by on any given day and you’re bound to find some intriguing installation in the window, or some unique event in full swing. Right now they’re in the midst of the Blondes to Brunettes + RMIT Fashion Friendship: 365 Days of Design, and this time the RMIT student in residence is Meg Kolac.

A talented designer, illustrator, and even musician, Meg’s unique style was launched at the salon last week. Guests enjoyed champagne and nibbles while listening to the adorable sounds of The Hosies.

Social photos from the launch can be found at the gallery below. To check out the installation of Meg Kolac’s work, head to the salon at 479 High St Prahran.

Some people's wardrobes are about a small selection of pieces that all fit within one aesthetic - Tania Braukamper isn't such a person. With a wardrobe that spans three different rooms, her approach to fashion is a mixture of current-season key pieces mixed with vintage finds she's sourced on innumerous shopping trips around the world's more cultured capitals. Despite a disparate approach to shopping, Tania is adamant that the key to mixing vintage with new season is to stick to key looks and colours that work for oneself. And it's a theory that she works into her writing for Fashionising.com, where she serves as the publication's Editor.
