With September less than a month away, MSFW (Melbourne Spring Fashion Week) officially launches today, and with it comes the release of the official program. Previously announced and no surprise to Melbourne’s fashionisers, Fashionising.com will be again hosting the week’s most luxurious fashion event: High Fashion, High Tea.
