Paris fashion week coverage 2015

Off-duty plaid in Paris

There was a time when tartan prints and sheer fabrics never crossed paths, but that time is long gone. Now, plaids can find their way onto anything. The print and oversized cut lend this shirt-dress a grunge feel, especially when worn with heavy black flats.

A simple, cool menswear look you can easily recreate

Some guys fear that dressing stylishly means having to go over the top. Menswear editor and permanent fixture of the fashion week scene, Simone Marchetti, knows full well that’s not the case. This street style look photographed in Paris proves all: simple and clean, all you need to replicate it is a cool printed tee and a sharp black suit.

Crystal Renn: all black with plenty of attitude

Sometimes there’s more to an outfit than just the clothes that comprise it. Crystal Renn rocks an all-black look in a cool way, by showing a peep of midriff and adding some unique accessories like round glasses and a spike ear cuff. But the not-as-easy-to-replicate element is her attitude, which makes the whole look extra street style worthy.

Barbara Martelo & the Chanel mini

Barbara Martelo is one of those street style mainstays that never deviates too far from her signature style. And why would she? It compliments here perfectly. On her way to the Chanel couture show in Paris, she was snapped wearing this teeny tiny boucle tweed mini skirt and pair of strappy heels, pared back by way of a simple black tee.

If you’ve got it, flaunt it: model off duty

If you’ve got it, flaunt it, so the saying goes – and every good off duty model knows it. The flirty lingerie personality comes out in force with a black lace bralet peeping out from underneath a low-cut singlet, while long legs in short shorts are kept cool and demure in sneakers instead of heels.
