Apologies if I sound like a complete idiot, but I'll need to do a shoot soon for my accessories. Just wondering if any of you could help me with ball park figure of how much agency models get paid? I understand it may vary (I'm not after anyone super famous)

It can vary a huge amount depending on the model and the agency, the type of shot and length of time. Sorry to be vague. I would approach some small local ones for a quote.
