I know a few people that weren't that happy with Canon's service, though Nikon aren't much better.

Has anyone had problems with the Canon "Cash Back" promo at all?

I have been waiting over a year for my $200. (Yes...it may seem a pittance for some, but It could have gone into another Lens...or my wallet!!!)
