Anna Sui will be creating a capsule collection for Target apparently taking inspiration from the Gossip Girl TV series, it will become available on September 13, 2009 at 500 Target Stores America wide. We'll bring you the look book as soon as we can get our hands on it.

wow... sounds interesting. that will be another show stopper through out the states... watch out a stampede has been lodged!
