Has anyone come across any good April Fools' Day jokes this year? The most I've encountered is a lackluster attempt to convince me my car tyre was flat. "No it's not, I just drove here" quickly wrapped that one up alas.

I had a friend tried to convince me that Rudd had canceled the stimulus package and anyone who hadn't received it wouldn't be receiving it now. Problem is that I work in finance and also knew that it would have been big news if it was. So it didn't really work.

Hmm... good question. That would be a massive coincidence though, as she meant it as an April Fools joke.

Patty Huntington got me with this on twitter, to be fair she didn't post a link to the article just the excerpts from the archive and I thought that hey whatever if they want to go on twitter good for them.

They skinny jeans for big guys, and by big guys I mean overweight buys. The idea being they still get stove-pipe legs, but the cut is slightly bigger to fit their arses into.

Well the shopping of the shoes at least deserves a Photoshop Disaster.

My mum got me because I didn't know what day it was >.<

She rang me from her work saying that my university had rung her as an emergency contact as they couldn't get onto me because I hadn't handed a major part of my literature coursework in. I was in such a panic I didn't even think she was kidding... plus now I can never trust her again... ever... :P
