Well, I finally made it back home. The launch party on Monday night was an absolute riot and Dita von Teese is gorgeous! She's such a lovely lady, and we spent a fair amount of time with her (she asked us to meet her at her hotel the next morning too for pictures and what not) afterwards when she came out to mingle.

I have loads of pictures and a video of part of her performance, but I havent had much time to look at them. Hopefully I can post something tomorrow.

The Disco wasn't the only thing that was Dirty when Fashion Assassin took to the catwalk in Sydney.

Designer of Fashion Assassin, Alex Zabotto-Bentley, shocked the audience by directing models to engage in provocative poses. The raunchy clothing line not only pushed up the hemlines of the skirts on the models, but, some would say, the boundaries of acceptable behaviour on catwalks.

"Short shorts" became "bare bum" shorts in this spectacle, and the sexual unzipping of skirts at the end of the runway left many in awe.

While some are claiming the show was sexist thanks to the skin revealing antics, it played both ways with male and female models strutting the catwalk.

This model takes a photo of the crowd, turning the tables on the snap-happy paparazzi.

Full of life, great music, energy and vibrance, the show was indeed entertaining and attention grabbing. But how many people came away with a clear indication of what the clothing line would hold for this season? With over 100 designers in the fashion show, is this an understandable necessity in a tough industry? Or was this an offensive use of young girls at the expense of fashion?

What do you think of the show?
