The hair and the hemlines were sky-high at Tina Kalivas's Spring-Summer 2007/2008 runway showing at Australian Fashion Week.

Missed the controversial show causing a storm with Australian Fashion Week attendees? We've got the video. Is it really anything to be worried about?

So what does everyone think of fashion assassin? I thought the video wasn't as bad as the photos for some reason...

Nothing at all to be worried about lol. Much more risque on many other shows around the world. Why the fuss?

In terms of hemlines, in the UK and and some parts of EU, some ppl out and about in clubs have been wearing virtually crotch level dresses for the past month or so; they are already firmly "in". You need the rear and the legs for it, but on the right frame, it's great and feels good too. They have to be worn with style and confidence. On the wrong frame it looks hideous.

I see the press over there are as bad as here...

http://www.news.com.au/entertainment/story/0,23663,21663520-5012703,00.html

------------
AUSTRALIAN Fashion Week organisers yesterday shocked even seasoned front-row observers, sending a procession of frighteningly thin models down the runway at several high-profile shows. (eg Azzolini)
-----------

What rubbish again. Thank you Erin for again someone putting some common sense into this and reminding people as I always have to, about genetics.

The press just love to keep pushing this line without any intelligent thought. If so called "seasoned observers" were shocked by the Azzolini show, they must have led their fashion life and well just life, with their eyes closed or in a McDonalds in the states.

Jennifer Hawkins' success continues to grow, and Australian Fashion Week has been no different for the model with the "Jennifer Hawkins Myer" special event being held in conjunction.

The former Miss Universe, face of Loveable, and all round stunner was also spotted this morning in the front row watching the Josh Goot show where metallics, golds, and silvers were the key trend to watch.
