As anyone who knows me can tell you, I'm a watch addict buying a few pieces a year. Here's a new one that I'm loving, the Burberry Endurance Chronograph.

Awesome styling! And I love the reference to Roald Amundsen's expedition to the South Pole (the first to reach the point).

It's US$595, so not too bad on the price front.

Stylish! I like it... In fact I think I generally prefer mens watches to womens!

Most women's watches are fairly lacklustre in comparisons to men's offerings. Take some particular ranges for instance - Omega's men's offerings are far more impressive than what they offer for women.

That's a great watch. I've never been a huge fan of chronographs (i know, i know!) but I really dig the styling of that piece.

What do you prefer to chronographs Eric?

Slimmer, thinner, sleeker watches. Maybe I'm old fashioned but I dig Movado's - if that gives you any idea of the kind that I like. I'm not really a watch connoisseur though. I just hate having something clunky on my wrist, featureful or not. I also hate having stuff in my pockets. Anything bulging/heavy for that matter annoys me.

I know the Movado's, very minimilist. One of my favourite pieces (in a similar, sleeker vein) is a 1950's Gerrard Perregaux that I own. The watch face is practically as thin as the leather wrist-strap.
