At Burberry Prorsum Christopher Baileys resort featured lovely mixes of pattern and texture overembroidered mesh and lace, jacquard florals, pebbly cottons and silks worked in mostly sober hues with shots of acid green and some serious metal sightings. "There's a bit of Nancy Spungen, aggressive and punk," Bailey said, "but still subdued and romantic.

Nice, but unfortunately I feel like it's all been done before.

I agree with tania

none of these designs are really striking a chord.

however the textiles seem to be the feature here. it really looks like the focus is the patterns and textures

True D, maybe you need to see the fabrics in person to appreciate it.

And by Burberry, but more so by high-street stores that have made the look a bit boring.

I dont hate it. I do find this house to be very underestimated. I think they have really struck their own fabulousness over the last four years. Im enjoying it more and more. although sock with open toes heels, is a pet hate, along with stockings, hideous!
