the woman who complained is the kind of person who petitions to have dolce & gabbana ads banned because 'it depicts a gang rape'
there's the image. it doesn't depict a rape.
it's using the same format as the rest of the dolce campaigns by putting models on different levels examples...
also...
the actual koibox image isn't an entirely new idea. the dusted/pale body has been used before in advertising and the female form has been used
alot more suggestively too

just a dusted body (advertising for a fragrance I believe)

Yves Saint Lauernt's opium. naked, suggestive and pale. eroticised by the body language and gesture much more so than the
koibox image
this next image should possibly be more objecionable because it depicts a real erotic act

but it merely associates a sense of romance with the product.
here's JLo, she's naked, looking sultry and the curves of her breast visible and clear
does any of this matter?
not to a reasonable person.
to a
reasonable person none of this is offensive.
breasts exist. penises exist. to be afraid to see them is just absurd and to shelter your children from them is an insult to your own children, they're alot smarter than you give them credit for.
there's really nothing offensive about the picture, There's more offensive stuff out there, and children need to learn about life and not be sheltered from it.
this woman who sent koibox an abusive letter is just an uptight, idiotic extremist
