I'll start with Linsday:
and I'm going with 'miss' on this one because the layering is just too messy...
I think that the thing on the girl from the hills is a swimsuit, in which case it's cool.
Hit for Lauren Conrad because it's a bikini, and better than most two pieces.
Charlize Theron in some ripped boyfriend jeans, flats, and a black blazer:
Its a combination of casual and dressy...usually I'd say miss, but I think she can pull it off so i'll say hit
