girls with brown skin should never wear foundation thats not perfectly matched as it makes you look grey under a flash bulb

I see many women that make the mistake of buying their makeup before they buy their tan.

and it's surprising that they don't notice either because they clearly spend time on their appearance and took the time to apply the makeup themselves as no MUA would neglect matching skin tones and colors.

I see the concept as a punky little girl dressing up...so it makes sense to me.

I don't know why everyone is saying the dress looks like it belongs to Beyonce; she's so much further from the punk aesthetic. Not saying Avril is punk, but that's been her image before it became a fashion trend
