Drop the blue bra straps, and the horrible wig-holding hat and it would be a hit strangely enough.
I would choose different shoes, maybe flat tie ups. Miss for me, because this dress makes her look like she has no waist

yeah the straw fedora doesn't really work on women
The heels look cute, but the top is all over place. And what has she done with her hair? It's like a raven posh-bob.
