I say miss. She doesnt look like the sort of cheerful person to pull this off. She or her stylist got it wrong. I think the belt is an attempt to tie in the shoes which also do not match the dress. There a little to severe. I also cannot tell properly but the center front of the bodice is not sewn into the centre of the skirt.

I feel like I should like it, but I'm just not taken by the floral pattern. I do like the bodice part, and her shoes.

I think the bodice would look better with a simpler skirt (lose the pattern then you could maybe keep that belt), or conversely the skirt would look better with a very simple bodice, ditch the ruch-ey-ness. It's got such great potential but it just doesn't pull together well, for me.

ok so there is room for improvement. the bodice & not being sewn to the middle is annoying me now that toottoot pointed it out.

i quite like the floral pattern, i think that's what makes it. & with the belt, it's something different. if moss or sienna wore it, i'm sure we'd all love it. it'd look too conventional if it just sat around her waist properly.

i think it doesn't pull together neatly & i think that's what makes it a hit.. the a line skirt is always meant to be neat & feminine right? but she's broken it up with a wonky bodice lol & belt which is a good contrast i think.

overall, it's so a hit from me. i've been looking for a floral dress, but i'm not liking what's out there..

Is she still trying to have a career. I say miss, much like her movies.

The top half and bottom half are both good, but colour wise they're not quite right together. I'm still going hit though because all up it's cute.

I like that look, it's very Melbourne Autumn so it gets a tick from me :)
