I can carry off most shades of red clothes, except coral-red which sort of clashes a bit with my skin. However, even though I can wear red clothes, I find that bright red lipsticks don't suit me...Unlike it does on Gwen Stefani.

Donna Karan's new Collection campaign features a sun-kissed Kate Moss showing off her sexy and sultry side a far cry from the waiflike mien that made the model a household name in the early Nineties. Moss, who makes her first appearance in Karan's ads, was photographed in Los Angeles by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott last month. The images have a cinematic feel, with Moss dancing to the sounds of a Cuban band, or hanging out on Havana-like streets. "It's Nueva York," Karan said. "We wanted a kind of Cuba...[Kate] understood it completely. It didn't feel like a model just wearing the clothes, it felt like somebody who really owned it, somebody who came alive with a story behind her." The campaign breaks in fashion and lifestyle books in February.

I love it. Bold & exciting colour! I used to have a fab pair of screaming red boots which always got a "WOW THEY ARE HOT" response when I wore them out.

A little bit of it in Gossip Girl so I guess it will be catching on with the young kids any day now

You have to be careful with a red dress to ensure it doesn't look tarty; don't go too low cut or two short (especially both at the same time!). Low cut can work with long skirt but in the case of red I find even the highest cut dress cannot compensate for something too short.

Try to break up the colour a bit so you don't look like a stop sign!!
