yeah i agree with the whole "Love Mark" thing being totally different to saying "I love you" sorta thing. "Love Mark" is more of a signing off-goodbye way rather than anything else... but who knows.. maybe the whole 'luv' and 'love' difference might mean something but on the other hand not... i think us chicks just read into things way too much sometimes though eh :P

P.S.
I have a mate that lives in Adelaide, but I'm in Melb and we see each other every few months and all... and the other night, we both established the fact that we like each other more than friends... but what do I do? Like, should I pursue this relationship or just leave it as a friend-kinda thing because of the whole long-distant problem? Is it actually worth having a long-distant relationship and would there be any point to it?

i *suck* at long distance relationships- had a few, never worked, one i loved the guy so much i would fly from brisbane to sydney every 2 weeks, sometimes even just for the day, on my dodgey retail wage at that stage, thousands on phone bills, and still couldn't get it to last! I think the problem is, you live 2 lives, and at what point do you be "together" and what sort of future does the relationship hold? I suppose my problem is that i need affection and no matter how great they are, im not getting it over the phone, sms, email or webcam. Also- guys are jealous as hell, esp in long distance relationships! In my experience unless you are physically together- its not a relationship! I'v never actually seen one work where there was complete faithfulness.

lol yeah agreed. I've never really believed in long distant relationships which sucks pretty much coz I can't find any guy in melb! hahaha damn it! all the ones I'd consider is like in a different state *sigh* ah well... we'll just have to see what happens ay!... He said he might move down here in a few months though.. but I dunno hey. It'd get harder too though anyway coz I'll be back at school soon and probably won't have much time =( damn it lol.
