The sparkling/reflective gold background reminds me very much of the Burberry S/S 2007 ads that Testino also shot. Actually, with respect to the posing and the composition, these ads remind me of that Burberry campaign quite a lot.

Does this mean Meisel will no longer be shooting the Dolce & Gabbana ads? :S

Love some of the women's outfits!! The shiny gold background is a bit of a detraction for me... it makes it seem like there's a lot going on.

I agree but it holds the atmosphere of past D&G runs and the standing around isn't unique to burberry

I like these much more than the summer 07 ads. They're more classy.
