The new lamp is called the Siddartha Pod Lantern and Art reports that is it the most labor intensive lamp he has ever worked on. He spent several months designing and creating the lamp from solid bass, copper and mahogany. It is over four feet tall and signed and dated, engraved in brass at the top.

That would go nicely in my house.

That's pretty sweet. Wouldn't be too hard to get made either. Glass box with light-globe of choice installed inside (fluro or halogen) with semi-transparent print covering glass. Could be done with the legs as well, but would be harder to move.
