Im just curious to see how many fashion followers actually believe in the Stevie label available on Greville street. Its been getting alot of press lately in the Herald Sun for some strange reason. I find this bizare since the line of clothing looks like something ud find in a half off bin in a Supre clearance store in two years time.

Im all for supporting local lables that deserve the press and admiration so please leave your thaughts.

I dont mind stevie stuff... just the more obscure items not the "popular" stuff. I also LIVE in my pink stevie sweatpants... they are the most gloriously over priced purchase I have made and I love them with all my heart! lol

I'm definitely no fan of Stevie. Yes, local labels need support. But Stevie certainly isn't my style. The biggest trouble its facing is the evolution of its brand, the whole fluro thing is becoming increasingly unfashionable - how will Stevie evolve beyond that image?

Stevie will once again delve into their bag of tricks. A.K.A, rip off another style from the 80's. It has a fan base of commercial road queens. nicknamed fluro fags, or stevie queens. Not that im against fags as i am one.LOL. But as with alot of melbournites, once a style is excepted it is embraced for years. Remember hommie pants, boho and the disasterous skirt over pants two piece?(excuse me whilst i throw up in my mouth)

If i wanted to look like a dogs breakfast - i'd wear stevie!

What really grinds my gears is that everyone is bloody wearing it - and hey good on them for getting a following but please please please design more than 2 shirts - and i don't mean just changed the colours! I can't seem to take people seriously if they are wearing a stevie shirt and try to talk to me...

Once someone said that when i move to melb i have to go get some Stevie clothes for going out and that they thought i would be a "stevie queen"- so yeah i checked it out when i got here - i now value that persons fashion opinion with a grain of salt now... plus i was highly offended hahahahaha

stevie blows so much i had to put on my birthday invite a disclaimer on the bottom saying "no stevie shirts allowed!"

supre crap. i forgot to write my opinion on this stuff.
i'm sorry but the majority of people in this country make it easy for a brand to make 3 things, put them in every highlighter bloody color out there and suddenly its a big fashion brand. save ur money and go to supre people, cuz thats what you look like. i hate guys who all wear the same clothes (thank god the bf has some taste and sense!) but really. its nasty stuff and u look like an idiot. and ur friends are saying you dont because they look like idiots too.

coco chanel once said fashion fades but style is timeless.
