Don't worry about content right away ... trust me, no one will stumble into it for months, as it takes a VERY long time to even show up in searches. (I wish I had known this... I wanted everything to be perfect before I published - which it never is - and then I waited for months...)

I don't really agree with this. I set up my online shop myself (with a do it yourself kind of site, with open source e-commerce software) in two days. One month later, I was showing up on the first pages of Google for many relevant keywords (in French though - not sure about English)
You may want to have a look at it (it's in my profile) and I can assure you I have never learned programming,
As for payment solutions, they were included in the e-commerce software which is great:)
Oh and I pay 10 euros a month, so I consider it to be really cheap.
