Do you exercise daily? which one is that? do you go for jogging or gym or you own some exercise equipments in your home.
I have known a few friends who dance at home regularly to keep their body fit. and some do swimming.
I have just purchased the kettle bell....its a bit like a dumbell but has a different shape, it is SUPPOSED to be the the next big thing!...let ya know how it goes.x
Kettle bells work similarly to hand weights, but has the advantage of moving with your body easier. The main difference is the handle curve which allows lifting (like handweights) as well as allowing the kettle bells to swing and be used for leg workouts.
It can be used for everything; muscle building, core strengthening, body conditioning and as extra weight with cardio.
Well, I have been playing a lot of tennis with my guy lately. I also take tons of long walks. I am a part time nanny at the moment so I am always running around all day so that also helps. When I don't do any of those, I practice belly dance. I need more strength training though!!!
I keep it simple, jog 3 times a week and crunches 3 times a week! A lot of people get overwhelmed but its simple. A little exercise can make a big difference.
