Okay...some may shun at this one, but.......gulp....
I've just had my hair lightened quite significantly from the colour of my eyebrows...and well....my beautician will not bleach them...nor will my hair stylist...so....i guess i am rly going to have to tackle the situation myself.
Does anyone have any information on how I can successfully pull this off without going blind (as I have been made aware of)...I was thinking of simply buying peroxide & combing a lil bit thru with an eyebrow brush.
Pls....help!!!

p.s thought this was funny (but not rly...of course)....there is actually a court case at present (i think its in the USA) where a young girl attempted to dye her eyelashes...yep, her eyelashes...with peroxide, she, unfortunately was left blind & is now sueing! Hmmm. xx

I'm no expert but maybe one of those gradual lightening products you can buy would be better than straight out peroxide? I'm not sure what so probably not very helpful..! Lol... I'd only worry about it though if it were really obvious :)

Obviously be careful with it. A friend of mine does this and you certainly don't want to make some of the mistakes she's made (zebra eyebrows anyone?).

be really careful if you do do it yourself - peroxide in your eye = bad

most salons will do it for under 20 bux

just another thought though: i'm not sure if you'd really want to lighten your eyebrows too much. you could end up looking a little washed out. i think they suit you as they are and you look great :)

ok im a professional stylist, there is a very simple solution for this its simple but promise me u will be very careful ok? there are loads of face bleaching products that come like Jolen or Sally hansen, they are usually to lighten the hair above ur lips and stuff, if u make a mild concoction of it and brush it on to ur eyebrows it will lighten then upto 2 tones i guess.. the mixture is quite thick so it will not drip dont into ur eyes and u can be precise and its not that risky i used to do it when i was blond, but like everyone is suggesting just go easy if its not that drastic just relax and ignore or get a tweezer and make ur darker brows just a tad bit thinner, that seems to do the trick most of the time.Hope that helped.....
