Just wondering if anyone could give any insights into eyebrown tinting / bleaching - is this something that's safe to do at home? If not, where is a good place to get it done?

Yes its safe Tania...use facial/body bleach & monitor it as u don't want to lose them!
Just be catious as always when dealing with bleach as its so close to the eye.
