what is that black thing SJP is wearing with the hat? she looks like a bad haloween costume for a witch! and she is holding a vogue- how cliche! also- they are making reallllly good use of those shoes, you know, the brown ones she is wearing in every 2nd photo with every possible outfit and color combination?

Get ready for some bad news Sex and the City fans.

Photos released from the set of the Sex and the City movie which show Sarah Jessica Parker's character Carrie getting married and an "infertile" Charlotte sporting a large baby bump are reportedly part of a dream sequence in the film's plot.

A source has told the New York Post that the images of Carrie in her wedding gown and a pregnant Charlotte are fantasies.

"They're playing mind tricks with the fans the pictures have been staged to make people think they're following a predictable plot, but these are really only dreams," the source said.

"Everyone is wondering how Charlotte could finally get pregnant after all that time. They're loving that everyone's imaginations are running wild."

Last Wednesday, widely released photos showed Parker, who plays the fashion-obsessed Carrie, stepping out of a New York apartment in an extravagant Zac Posen wedding dress, before taking a limo to the wedding set.

The show, which follows the tangled love lives of New York singletons Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte, went off air in 2004 after a successful six seasons that saw it become one of the most talked-about series in US television history.

i am loving the imagination and exteme's of it all... SATC is all about the fact that they wear some crazy stuff just like in all the glossy's that none of us in our right mind would ever wear out of our house (remember Carrie in the hot pants and bumbag with heels no bra and t'shirt chasing the dog? honestly!) but thats the fun of the show, they are out there, individual independent quirky and totally rediculously hilarious! In saying that though I do hope Charlotte isnt wearing that black vampish dress/outfit to a wedding... how not on! hehe Anyway I for one can NOT wait for the movie to come out!!!

I cant wait, loved the tv show and love the what im seeing here. just hope the movie does it justice. Carrie Bradshaw will def go down in history as a style icon!
