On my recent trip to Hong Kong this combination gave you nods of approval as well as respect from the fashion elite. It's been around for a bit but was recently invigorated by Givenchy. I was surprised the store hadn't sold out of leggings yet! Anyway I trialed it myself walking around Swanston Street... keep it all black and simple and you won't get any weird looks... just envious ones.. hehe

lol notice how they only wear it UNDER shorts/cropped pants. haha. phew. could otherwise be a little too revealing
claude maus ones are cool but the drop crotch looks hard to walk in lol

I'd do it with a skirt or kilt.
Just as soon as I can find one that fits.
