[Madonna] always has these fashion collaborations, and its my responsibility to make sure that its part of the story, she says, Givenchy designer Riccardo Tisci explains. People look forward to finding out who she is collaborating with and what designers are working on the costumes.

I read "Sticky and Sweet" as "Tacky and Sweet".

I suspect that I'm correct and that the tour's name is a typo.

I love Tisci's work, especially what he does for the womenswear.
