I like gold scarves etc, and found the colce gold look awhile ago quite spunky, but now it just looks dated as metallics go in and out of fashion alot. If u keep it to accessories i think its ok.

i just have a terrible vision of boys that have NO IDEA what they are doing trying to look sexy in this trend and looking ever so terrible... aaarrrrrggghhhh!

It's true... I'm sure many will try and fail miserably. But for those who have the attitude to carry it off, some gold accessories can definitely work.

I actually saw a guy last night in gold shoes, and lets just say, a man made fibre leather look alike (foul to begin with)with a glaze of gold (vomit). Looked like something ud find in an aisle at Bunnings. Was not good.

i just want to point out that this does not mean it looks cool to wear 700 thick gold ropes around your necks. boys you are not a thug, get that stuff OFF. its fake. we know.
i saw 2 japanese guys trying to do the gold thing today in the city- i think it looked too feminine on them, they seemed to be stepping the line of sexual ambiguity... took a few looks to figure out they were guys.. one had a white and gold t-shirt, gold belt. the other had gold jewelery and (puke) what looked like an unfortunate accident with gold spray paint and his jeans... (i love gooooooold)
