I love Tophats for their gentlemanly quality... But Mary-Kate looks like she's about to do a magic show. Sienna pulls it off better.
i think sienna looks hot, but MK looks really... ummmm... crazy? scary? loopy?
I've been wearing mini tophats for years. I think they are cute and can add something a little kooky to an outfit, but I don't see them becoming mainstream accessories.
