In some people I think it's more having pimples that can lead to suicide

Well there is that, but can't it seriously make you unstable?

^^ a lot of oral acne medication has been linked to depression/suicide.

Clear Skin Commandments

Thou shalt not use anything hotter than lukewarm water on thy face.
Thou shalt always use a soap-free cleanser. (cetaphil is the cheapest example)
Thou shalt wash thy face twice a day - in the morning and evening.
Thou shalt always use two moisturizers - SPF 15 or higher for day, and a heavy night cream.
Thou shalt drink the recommended 6-8 glasses of water per day.

If your zits are still bad after...let's say about 3 weeks, talk to your doctor and rule out anything hormonal. birth control can affect breakouts.

wow 10 months that would have been horibble.... so you didnt wax for ten 10months.. :P hmm ok ok i am convinced ill just wait for hormones to die :(

lol.. ever heard of threading? did that. also used a tweezer.. and shaved.. and depilatory creams (eww eww eww) and cried!
yeh it has been linked to suicide and yeh it makes you depressed.
i forgot to say make sure you drink a LOT of water, change your pillowcase/sheets every few days.. if its really bad there are topical cremes you can use, and anti biotics and stuff.. but id stay away from roaccutane unless you really n eed it (ie- my sister used to say if we played connect the dots on my face, we wud jsut have to paint the whole thing :( not nice)

BOOG try washing ur face with some Epson salts to get rid of the toxins, it's great for an xfoliator too. Mix it with your gel cleanser once every couple of days! You'll notice the difference shortly.

They were promoting epson salts heavily this morning for that very reason. Apparently you can even bathe in them for much the same affect.

i always see those proactive ads late at night....theyre for skin and breakouts right? does it really work or is it all celeb endorsed?

my cuz's had sever breakouts and were using these chemicals, looked really painful.

have you tried going to a professional, like a dermatologist skin specialist doctor guy thingy.

i guess i have been lucky and have never had any breakouts even through school and i rarely get pimples but when i do theyre in the most obscure places on my face like in my eyebrow, earlobe and most recently right on the top of my lip...looks like a bee sting.

tetracycline works for me i use it once in the morning with water ONLY!! and once at night before i go to bed i used neutrogena oil free ance wash( the liquid orange miracle cleanser in a bottle :]) it works really good if you have pimples but not many cause its a gentle cleanser and it removes excess oil and dirt personally i LOVE ITT :) and i also use a green tea toner its feels fresh and it makes your skin soft and feeling clean and it also smells great this stuff is also awesome if you have servere acne problems http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=9111992 and i use a oil free spf60 facial sunblock La roche-posay that stuff is amazing

and also you should take vitamins everyday for skin you should take vitamin a,b,c and e for skin :) that can also clear your skin up a bit or help it clear up dont use to much of this stuff cause it can irritate your skin
